Tambola (also widely known as Housie) is a traditional social probability game played with numbers from 1 to 90 called out one by one. Players cross out matching numbers on their unique tickets to claim winning patterns.
1. Ticket Architecture
- Each ticket contains a 3x9 grid with exactly 15 numbers.
- Each horizontal row contains exactly 5 numbers.
- Columns correspond to groups of 10 (e.g. Column 1 hosts numbers 1-9).
2. Winning Combinations
- Early Five: Be the first to mark off any 5 numbers.
- Horizontal Lines: Complete the top, middle, or bottom row.
- Full House: Mark off all 15 numbers on your ticket.
